Take a Virtual Tour”Bruntworld Cup”, the annual 5-a-side charity football tournament, took place on Friday 19th July, hosted by Whalley Grange Powerleague.
The event was organised by Cassandra Ferguson, Peter Graves and Matthew Morten. There were 18 teams in total that took part! Two of the teams were Bruntwood’s finest, and the other 16 teams were external supplier entrants… Eric Wright, Nikal, Addleshaw, Aschem, AMS, Lamber Smith Hampton, DWF Real Estate, Boon Edam, Woods North East, ANSA, WHR, Knight Frank, Everlast Group, Read Associates, Deloitte Real Estate and CBRE.
After deciding it would be unsporting to win their own tournament, both Bruntwood teams dropped out in the early stages of the tournament and ensured there was an orderly queue for the hog roast.
The sun was gleaming over Manchester, and the standard of football on the day was incredible.
After coming runners- up last year, Eric Wright Civil Engineers were determined to take the victory, and that they did! Beating CB Richard Ellis.
