Bowled Over By Charity Event

25 of the North West’s leading businesses came together last night (Thursday 14th May) to raise £8,500 for OnSide at Palatine Private Equity’s charity bowling event.

Held at DogBowl in Manchester, teams from businesses including; MoneyPlus Group, PwC, KPMG, Pinsent Masons and Yorkshire Bank to name a few, battled it out to see who would strike it lucky and be crowned ‘Ten Pin Champions’.

Much to the dismay of finalists; Barclays, Bruntwood, Playnation Ltd and Santander, it was Deloitte who took home the 2014 title and trophy on the evening!

Palatine PE has made a three-year commitment to supporting our charity, as part of the continued development of it’s Environmental, Social and Governance Policy. This donation will help OnSide to continue our work of transforming the lives of young people, by giving them somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to and by doing so, raise the aspirations of young people, often from the most deprived communities.

We’ve seen first-hand the work that OnSide does and the benefits it brings to the children and young people where its Youth Zones are located.”
