He is responsible for all things Facilities Management across the Network of Youth Zone buildings providing help and technical advise on building relation issues. Andy is also the link between new building projects and their successful handover to the newly formed management team once completed, supporting training needs, staff orientation and contractor support during the first 12 months of operation, post contract.
