Take a Virtual TourLee joined OnSide in January 2023 as a Project Manager in the Property & Construction Team. He will be responsible for the delivery of modern, state-of-the-art Youth Zones.
Lee is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over a decade of Lead Project Management experience in construction delivering large scale capital projects within the public sector. He started his career working in social housing development, delivering high quality, sustainable housing for those that need it the most as part of Homes England’s Affordable Homes Programmes and Strategic Partnerships.
Before joining OnSide, Lee spent the last 3 years delivering high value capital projects for a Local Authority including large scale residential projects and leisure facilities. Lee also has experience in helping to secure Towns Fund, Levelling Up and Brownfield funding through the creation of robust bids.
