Take a Virtual TourMichael Schierenbeck joined OnSide in December 2022 as a Project Manager in the Property & Construction. Team and has over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry. 13 of those, Michael was employed as a Project Manager working on retail- and wind energy projects. Being dually qualified in construction management, Michael was working all over Europe, mainly in Germany, Netherlands and Scandinavia. He started his career working as a site engineer/site manager for a main contractor in London, working on infrastructure and refurbishment projects in the South-East. Michael was also managing construction sites for major house-builders in the North-West.
What inspired you to join OnSide?
To give support to young people.

The wellness day.
What was the first Youth Zone you visited and what did you think?
Hideout Youth Zone. I was impressed by the options that were on offer for the young people.
What would be your go-to Youth Zone room and why?
The Makers Space because it teaches young people new skills.
