As Carlisle Youth Zones prepares to launch TeenCYZ, their refreshed 3-year strategy which responds to the needs, interests and ambitions of GenAlpha, they are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to lead their fundraising and development goals. Crucially, they have strong foundations to work from; a motivated and skilled team, a forward thinking plan, a city and network packed with supporters, and a Youth Zone full of young people who make their mission real every day.

To conserve all the good stuff they are currently delivering, they have an annual income goal of £1 million. You’ll need experience, skills and qualities that can build and nurture fruitful relationships, communicate in ways that inspire and motivate action, lead with passion and purpose to achieve results, and vision to position and platform CYZ as a leading example of the power of youth work within multiple settings and audiences.
