We recently caught up with PCSO Robert Smith who patrols the Harpurhey area of Manchester – in particularly around The Factory Youth Zone.
Rob has been working around the area of Harpurhey for 8 years and in that time he states that he has seen Anti-Social-Behaviour (ASB) levels drop dramatically since The Factory has been in existence.
